Enable email report sending in seo panel by following steps

1) Login as admin

2) Go to Admin Panel => Reports Manager => Report Settings

3) Change

System report generation interval: => 'Daily' or according to your requirement
Enable report email notification: => Yes

Then use following link to setup reports generation in cron job.
