Google getting sneakier?

Hi all,

I got all excited the other day. I went to google and entered my '3 keyword phrase' and BANG, I was on page one. :) Position #8 & #10.

I went to show someone on my LAN these results, so I did the same search on his computer and NOTHING... Went back to mine, and it still showed on page 1. Refreshed the page... Still there.

So, I think Google is somehow using a cookie from one of my SEO applications, or one of their own cookies. They know this computer on my network is interested in a particular keyword phrase and they are displaying it on their first page to appease me.

SEO Panel, which is installed on my webserver, shows me in position 70 on Google...

Weird huh? :?

Seo Panel will check the position in google with out considering your cookies.

To get the correct position in google please remove all cookies and logout from google and then search it.

Hope this will help you.

I dont think so like Google is being sneaky. But it may be because of the lots of tough competition in the search engines and all that. But I think Google is beyond of all that limitations in the search engine and seo.
