Link building through two forums

Kindly tell me that Can I use only two popular forums for link building means If I make regular posting in these two forums then will it effect the ranking of my website.

It wont be quite effective.You cant do more than 3 posts in one forum per day.Otherwise it can be considered as spamming.So, only 6 forums links cant be much effective for getting quality back links.
