Do a Google search for nofollow forums & you get lot of information about the forums for backlinks.for Ranking in Romania get backlinks for local websites of particular country.

Just find automotive niche forums with Google, find links in each forum, right click the link and select inspect element. If it says nofollow in the link html code, it's a no follow forum. If it doesn't, it's a dofollow forum.
