I want get an expert advice

I have one website now I want to run two more domains for the same site for ex
My site running in .com and now I want two more domains for same site .org and .in

But I am confuse as I am sure that Google will treat different site to my all these three domain. And my site can be penalize by Google

Guild me what should apply on this condition
