Only 1 Page Found

Hello - for a few of my sites, I'm only able to crawl the first page, but I cant figure out why - its using the same Robots.txt between sites and same menu structure and everything, not sure what could be going wrong. Any ideas out there?

I think I might have found the issue relating to cloudflares shared SSL certificates. I created a rule to always us https and it seems to be able to crawl it now. Strange.
