Meta Tags Length in Google Search Result

Google have Update the Algorithm and its the New algorithm giving the Most character in Search Result, Title Old - 60 Character and Description - 160 character but New one is Title 65-70 character, descriptions - 160-180 character.

Title Tag: It should be of about 65 characters or maximum length allowed is in pixels, i.e., 600 pixels. As after this limit, you could not find texts displayed in Search Engines Results. It should contains the information about your Page's Content.
Meta Description: It's very important & useful meta tag to describe your Page's content. It lets search engines know about the data on your Webpage. It should be limited up to 160 characters as after this the text is shown under .... or goes missing.

Optimal Length of Meta tags for Search Engines are:
Meta Title: 50-60 characters
Meta Description: 150-160 characters

Length of tags for search engines are as follows
Title tag length- 70 characters
Meta description length- 170 characters

Recently google change the title tag length up to 60 - 70 characters and meta description length 250 characters
