My question is can i use exact keywords for article submission and how many anchor text should be there please suggest me.

As per my suggestion, the anchor text should depend on your article length or how many words the articles holds. If your articles have more than 1K to 1.2K words then you may consider 2 to 3 anchor texts, but your article is only 500 to 600 words then you strictly put one anchor text.
