Google Does Not Act On Some of My Pages

For the sake of being sure, I really made it a point to be submitting my site maps to the Big G for three times using the specified submission tool. I know that it is quite a hard thing to be indexed in the Google search engine and for this reason I did a lot of work on that pages of my web based site. I really think that it is a good thing that I am able to make full use of the materials available on hand. The bad thing is that it has been two weeks already and still I am getting no response from the Big G. There are no activities on the web pages that I made.
