Well Dinesh, before 3 to 4 years so many people submit 1 article in more than 10 or more sites but now Google algorithm become more smart so it easily catch copy content on server and it create negative impact on website, That's why according to current trend I would suggest you submit 1 article in only 1 site.

Well from my side we have to use our article content only in one top article directory... Like if publish our 1 article in 20 article directories with same content then we not get such good result. Google take this in foam of spam.So we have to submit our 1 article in 1 article directory which have good page rank and lots of traffic on that article directory...
