How to set up cron job with Xampp ? I have no Idea about these.

And right now I have huge list of website, can I do select all website and submit in the same time instead of doing one by one ?
(I hate select one by one on it).

Cron is a Linux system process that will execute a program/file at a preset time. To use cron you must prepare a text file that describes the program/file that you want executed and the times that cron should execute them. Then you use the crontab program to load the text file that describes the cron jobs into cron.

If you installed xampp on windows machine, you can still execute file by creating a windows scheduled task to run cron.php (or call it in the browser) or use Cygwin. Cygwin is linux/unix utilities on Windows. It supports Cron as well.

I just need cron job for every two days . about 50 website check their page rank and backlink and alexa. that's all.
