Can't login after installation

SEO Panel was successfully installed, but I couldn't visit any of the pages 'cause I was prompted by the login page every time.
As far as I know, the login details we are supposed to use are: spadmin for both.
Every time I enter this information, I am redirected to the same login page, but without any error message. Just redirected as if I refreshed the page. And I still can't access any other page without being redirected to this login page.
I tried to enter another login and password (the ones i used for the database, as well as the ones i use to login to my hosting page).. I tried everything, but nothing worked.
I also tried registering by creating a new account, but i also keep being redirected to the registration page while the error message is "* invalid code entered", something like that.. although I am definitely sure I'm writing the code correctly every time. I tried it with and without capital letters, with and without space, but nothing seemed to work.
So here I am, with no correct login information, and incapable of creating a new account.
I know I am not already logged in because first, I can't access any page (have to enter the correct login info). and second, because there is no "Profile" link on the top right side of the page.
What should I do?
P.S: I checked the https issue. I don't have it.
