Database connection failed!

Hello There. Firstable thank you for SEO Panel i guess this software i great but i can't test it. Why ? I have no idea. I guess you can help me. So take a look my problem.

I've downloaded SEO Panel, and actually we've made donation 20$ and download 5000directories.sql but we cant use it. What actually happen ? So we've downloaded it and upload to our hosting. Following step by step to final step click finish and what happen, it's gave me back this mistake
Database connection failed! Please check your database settings!
When i go to the mysql i have look with phpmyadmin there is 22 tables, so it's made the tables but cant connect to it. I've checked readme and installation files and try it again couple times but same all. I've also check the ./config/sp-config.php to but there is everything is have to be.

So if you can help me i will be appreciate

When I am connected Seo Panel to the Database my connection is lost.I Am using Mysql database server and developing website in PHP.
My database connection to this SEO Panel gets an error when i am connected this to the server.-

Can you please open a ticket to your web hosting provider to check this issue. They can easily fix this because it is related to your server settings.

I am having the same issue, i can connect from command line, i can connect on the database server , i can connect on frim my laptop with the same settings.. i can not connect from my webserver seo panel
