Charset problem with Turkish Language.

i need help about turkish language keywords and websites meta tags.

script using latin1 swidish and utf8_unicode_ci collacations with sql
when i add any turkish keywords (please try add example this keyword : türkçe )
you can see wrong adding to sql and keyword list.
i was change install/data/seopanel.sql charssets or other many different ways but no solution.

when i install to my localserver (my pc) i dont see any problem.
i understanding now problem is from Datacenter side server.
maybe php.ini maybe mysql conf.

Can you please contact your web hosting provider to check this issue. I think UTF8 collation is not supported in your MYSQL database. That may be the issue.
