I have a problem with seo bookmarking plugin

ok, I have installed the plugin
Blog commenter.
Directory importer.
but when I active Social Bookmarker 1.0. plugin since panel control, the page /seo-plugins.php is blank and not working.

this is a picture about problem.

What can I do?
