Allow users us Link Diagnosis Plugin

I am the admin of a SEO panel installation. I have set up an account for a user who only has access to its own website. The problem is that when logged with his account he doesn't have access to the link diagnosis plugin.
Visiting "seopanel>SEO Plugins > Link Diagnosis" the only option available is "view reports", and it shows the message "No Projects Found!" although, as an administrator, I have created and run one project.
How can I give him access to the Link Diagnosis Plugin so he can see the reports and run his own projects?
