Keyword Position Summary ERROR

First I want to congratulate you for this incredible tool you've created. it's really a great help.

The reason I'm writing this post is to ask about these issues that i'm having with the Keyword position summary:
I'm ranking on page one for this particular keyword but the summary shows No. 12.

I've checked, generated the reports, checked again, generated again.
Yet the issue persists.

Also, on some keywords i'm ranking with several pages, yet only one shows on the summary.

Is there something I'm doing wrong? am I missing something?
Maybe it's a bug, how can I help sorting this out?

Can you please tell me which version of seo panel you are using.

I'm using the latest version, I downloaded it 4 days ago, I believe it's the 2.3.0
Could this be a proxy issue? I've tuned proxy off, and the server that hosts the SEO Panel is in a different country.

Could the issue be that the site is on a sub-domain?

I'm not in page one anymore, huge shuffle, this being a new site and all. yet still the numbers don't match.
I've tried with different browsers emptying the cache, reseting the browser: with no success.

Anyway, i'm still ranking for the same keyword with several pages. and i'm getting back just one position with a wrong number.

Please let me know if there is anything i can do to help you with this issue.
