Backlinks report

Hello!

I'm sorry if this issue has already been addressed, but I couldn't find the thread (the search kept saying the words were too common or something like that).

In my Google Webmaster Tools page I see that www.planemagazine.com has 117 external links pointing to my website. However, in SEO Panel I get 0 (zero) backlinks in Google. Why is this difference? Is this correct? Or is it a bug?
