More on Cron

1. In documentation for crop you state use 00** but in the application itself you state to use ***
2. How to best verify cron is actually working? I am on hostgator and used /usr/bin/php /home/myuser/public_html/seopanel/cron.php but it didn't run. Wheb I run the reports from the admin panel they run though.
