Site auditor bug

Hello This is my first post here. I really enjoy the seopanel and I will try to improve it the only possible way i can reporting the existing bugs and suggesting new features.
The first thing i noticed is when i change "Site auditor crawl delay between each pages:" to less than 10 seconds it always crawl with 10 seconds delay. If put it on 2 seconds for example it craws on 10 seconds.

Thanks for using seo panel.

Actually i added this condition because if we check google pagerank and all we need atleast 10 seconds delay.

If you are not checking ranks of page it will crawl in 2 seconds.

I have one more question. Is there difference in the showed search results if the server is situated in United States or Bulgaria or UK for example
and how can we get more precise local search results, using the local search engine pack or when we specify country or language in the options?

Better use local search package because it is giving more precise local search results. Also the server situation country also matters. Thanks for your support.
