I just successfully installed SEO panel in my site but I can not go further because of this issue. I don't know how to explain this. Check your self from this screenshot.

Though I add my site info through your video tutorial there's no way to submit them and go further as there are no submit/Proceed/Cancel buttons.
Please check this issue and help me to fix this. This is my first time using SEO Panel.

I just checked it and it seems your installation is not complete.
Can you please try manual installation using following steps =>
