i have created a /500.shtml
now the Website Manager page is blank

websites.php permission is change to user writable only, website manager page is back and displaying the form
now i have this error message when i am entering a new website and crawl meta datas :

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /seopanel/websites.php on this server.

Please enable debug mode of seo panel using following link and check it
