In order to manage all the SEO factors (backlink, keyword, sitemap, meta tags and so on), we can go for SEO Control Panel software which can work either Hosted or Self Hosted. In hosted version you have to signup for an account and add the website that you wish to perform the SEO monitoring and analysis in the website SEO Panel.

I just checked it out. Interesting I haven't heard of this. But I like the idea that it is extensible and also accepts 3rd party plugins. Something worth looking in to. But not sure if ok talaga ito since I haven't tried it yet.
