Can any one explain, how to integrate other independent php scripts integration procedure road map into SEO panel. Such as want to integrate a special user registration script into SEO Panel. Which can give various user level of user registration facility. Such as paid, free and plan specific.Also I want to integrate a payment processor.

I want to learn some PHP, however, I would like to be able to run the scripts locally rather than loading onto my server to test them. I don't want to set up a full server at home for this purpose so I wonder if anyone knows of Free software to do this.
