Translating & RTLing Seopanel

I saw that there is a hebrew versio nof Seopanel, but its far from being 100% hebrew.
So I decided to translate it and make it more clear, with fixed RTL.
My question is, where all the template files are located?
There are some floats that aren't in the CSS that need to be fixed.
Aother thing: What the names of all the files contains the english language?
