Google's keyword position sumary not being generated

Hi,

I have created a keyword of three words, like 'best unexpensive houses' (is just an example), in all of the sites I have created on my Seo Panel. I do exec "Generate Keyword Reports" for all sites and keywords, but when I show the reports (Keyword Position Sumary), I get a '-' for google in every site. I know that these sites are indexed by google and within the firsts positions by that keywords, so I cannot explain the problem.

I tried to 'Generate Keyword Reports' selecting only 'www.google.com' as search engine instead of all, but it didn't work neither.

Any hint? Thanks a lot in advance.

The quick position checker also fails. I have check it into two different computers with two different seopanel installation, different websites, and different keywords, and I always get a "No Records Found!" message.

For example, if I directly search in google for "curuxa" I get http://lacuruxa.es/ in th 5th position.

But within seopanel if I go to Quick Position Checker using "curuxa" as keyword, www.google.com as search engine, spanish as language, and lacuruxa.es as website, I get "No results found" message every time.

Is there any related bug reported yet?

It seems you are using old version. Can you please tell me which version of seo panel you are using, Latest version is 3.1. If not latest version, please upgrade it.

You are right, I am using 3.0.3

We are experiencing the same thing. We have currently uploaded 4 sites to the panel and added keywords we know have a mixture of 1st and 2nd page rankings. These are showing up in Bing and Yahoo results, but not Google. We are using version 3.1.1 and also tried the Position Quick Checker and Google results are never returned.

Is there a fix for this? We did also send a message from the Contact Link as suggested in the previous post, but haven't heard back as of yet!
