Installation error

Hi, I am trying to install seopanel in a hosted environment

1. the site is seopanel.mydomain.com
2. i have changed the config/sp-config.php file
define('SP_WEBPATH', 'http://seopanel.mydomain.com');
define('DB_NAME', 'mydb');
define('DB_USER', 'myuser');
define('DB_PASSWORD', 'mypass');
define('DB_HOST', 'seopanel.mydomain.com');

Is this correct?

3. if i go to the site it shown me some wrong formated html - unlike http://demo.seopanel.in/login.php
4. if i proceed to login it shows me the following error:

404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Any ideas how to fix this?

I had the https in the SP_WEBPATH
