Installation help

Hi all
Downloaded latest version of seopanel... followed instructions to install however when i get to http://mydomain.com/seopanel/install/ it tells me already installed weird as i have no previous installations so i then attempt http://mydomain.com/seopanel/ goes to sign in page but tells me to default user and pass(spadmin) are incorrect

anyone one can help?
