Keyword ranking problem for 2nd level domain / domain path

i'm trying to check an estimated amount of 5000 keywords for 3 major search engines..

the problem is that some of those results are domain.com/path/to/dir and domain.com/path/to/dir2 and so on... instead of the originally set domain.com
is there any way to prevent "Exact Match" for the domain and allow a wildcard search !?

Currently that feature is not in Seo Panel, In next version we will add the option "match exact domain".
