Words truncated at special character's position

After running a project, when seeing the "Page details", the contents of "Title", "Description" and "Keywords" fields are truncated at special character's position. For example, when the "Title" field content should be "Torta de cumpleaños", I get "Torta de cumplea".

... and so on with all paragraphs containing special characters like "á é í ñ Ñ .....".

The MySQL db is utf-8 as the installation process created it and all the tables are utf-8 too.

Is there a way to fix this problem?
